I’ll be meeting Arts Incubator guy, Jeff Becker, tomorrow at 10am. Pray it’s a productive time. Also, I picked up a copy of Communiversity today and noticed a “Tour of Kansas City’s Downtown Loft and Condo Neighborhoods” focusing on River Market, Crossroads and the Central Business District. The convener is Antonia Marie - some of us met her at the CCA meeting last week. It’s $14; I think I’m going to sign up. (I’m sure Steve could tell us everything she will explain on the tour, but I want to make a strong connection with her. She is an amazing resource. I asked her to grab coffee with me this week.)

Awesome! So you must have met Jeff a few hours ago…can’t wait to hear how that went down. I’ve started to talk up the Arts Incubator service opp with some people & it’s already gettin popular. The tour sounds cool as well…you’ll need to fill us in on that. Maybe a couple more of us should go?
