  Hey crew,

  Here are a few heads-ups for the days ahead.

  1. First Friday this week–anyone want to help at the Leedy-Voulkous? Let Ruth know asap. There’s some flexibility as to time and duration, but it would be cool if a few of us could help out.
  

  2. Anyone up for volunteering in Independence on Saturday, April 11? I’m planning to head out there and help LifeConnection with their Easter event, starting at 12:30. LC is one of our partner churches, and I think it will be great for us to invest in other local church plants when the opportunity arises. Please let me know if you’re willing to give up approx 3 hours April 11 to advance the kingdom…by helping to referee a massive Easter egg hunt. Seriously. Let me know so I can RSVP.

  3. This Sunday we’ll be at Jacob’s Well at the 11am service. This visit will give us some good things to talk about–looking fwd to it.

  4. Prayer: Steven will likely get a call-back from a potential employer this week, and we’ve set the appraisal in motion for the West Side building. Pray for a job…and a low appraisal.

  5. Scott and Steven officially agreed to start using Twitter, joining me and Ruth as Crossroads Church Twitter-ers. The thought here is we’ll put these micro-updates in the sidebar of the Crossroads website. And in case you’re wondering, Scott & Steven signed their Tweet agreement in blood. Anyone else want in?

  6. This Saturday, 9am, we’re at the Arts Incubator. Bring work gloves & blank Tshirts. It would be great if we intentionally pray this week for God to make the most of this service and networking opportunity.
